How's everyone doing, the entire CAMaerobody is on but I ran into alittle problem maybe you fellas can give me some guidance or direction on this topic. I took my Borla exhaust off from the rear hangers and as he was trying to bolt it back to the brackets it sticks out excessively past the rear panel and if its shorten, it will be pointing towards the ground at a 20' degree angle due to the way the Borla is made. (not me) I really wanted to keep my Borla on her since I've yet to seen a C8 with the Borla tips. I know its a long shot but does anyone have any extra Callaway exhaust tips for sale. Thanks for your time....

Johnny - I am sure Callaway still has them for sale :)

Not sure I follow though, why it would point to the ground otherwise :confused Pics??

Tips

Two solutions.1-DD tips with pipes from muffler back.Callaway still has them & this will also solve your stick out problem.2-Have muffler shop make pipes from muffler back & weld on your Borla tips.Good Luck.:t

After much debate, I decided to retain the Borla tips on my ride. I guess I overreacted but everyone thats seen it says it looks perfectly fine. We need to have someone in here spearhead a Callaway Forum t-shirt. Any inputs or suggestions.............

Chris,

I will be keeping her in hugger orange but minus the stripes. The only addition I will make cosmetic wise is to paint the interior front light openings black to give it a -raccoon- stock look. (Thanks Luigie for the pics) Do you guys feel painting the pillars black will flow with the overall look? Take care everyone.......
