I know I have only had my "new to me" 01 Coupe for a week, but I have already tinted the windows, buffed it out, new EMT's (compliments of the dealership, of course), new JVC head-unit, & 12" boxed sub w/amp, K&N filter will be here tmw & I am looking forward to installing the Borla Stinger Dual-tip cat-back exhaust on Saturday. I will be sure to take some photos & pass them on. :)

Let us know how those Stingers are. I hear that they are pretty loud. I'm sure they would save some weight, wouldn't they?

I have Borla Stingers on mine. Loud is a subjective word ... :D

Dang.

You sure didn't waste any time.
Please do post photos. And sound clips too :D

Yes, sound clips would be awesome.

I think they'll clean up the look of that area with them being stainless and all. Those have to be extremely low restriction.

And Ron, loud is good!:D I have Flowmasters on my C4 and the neighbors know when I come and go.:L

they are supposed to be 34lbs weight, I believe, but I don't know what the stock exhaust weighs. Of course, I am really curious as to whether they will sound louder than my DynoMax dual-side exhaust on my 03 Mustang GT did.... I kinda like loud, but I don't want it to sound ...hmmm... "cheap". I hope that makes sense. I would like the sound to draw attention to the vette, but not be the Primary reason for the attention, once they see it.
