i have a 92 c4 and just recently it has been having some strange problems. i was driving it today and i noticed that when i stepped on the throttle it didnt have as much power as it usually does. about twenty minutes later when i just had the throttle down at a constant position (going about 45) it started to lurch forward in Rpms even though i wasn't changing the pressure that i was applying to the gas. the tachometer was bouncing all around even though i was applying a steady amount of throttle pressure. the car was also pinging when going up hill. when i finally got it home, i put the car in park and noticed that when it was just sitting in the idol positiion, the engine would begin to rev up slightly all on its own, without me even touching the throttle. my guess is that it must be some kind of bad sensor that is giving the ecu inproper data.....but i might be wrong......i would appreciate if i could get some input on your idea's about my problem, thank you
