I just broke the end off of my 1980 turn signal lever with cruise control at the end. Where can I find a new lever and does the whole steering column have to come out to repair it? Are there gears or something in the steering column that can be replaced to make the turn lever easier to push into a left or right turn?

just pull the lever out.you may have to pull the wire out..
1st put a piece of string on it before you pull it up thru the column.
then you will be able to get back down thru the column.
you should be able to find at one of the corvette vendors
