Question: BUILD SHEET PRODUCTION DATE

Where on the build sheet is the production date ?
There is a date at about the centre of the sheet but I suspect it is my order date 22/05/92.Too early for a 93 ????
There is also a time 6:57 right below the date.
Can someone possibly put a copy of a "complete build sheet up,I lost the top right hand corner taking it out of the front crossmember.
Yes I know I can get one from the Corvette Museum
P.S. My partial date on door is 09/92

I don't have a picture of mine, but the only date on mine is at the top middle-right, mine says 09/20/93 at the extreme top-right is the time and the box below it says "EXPORT" with nothing in it.

I always assumed that the date was the "start date" of the vehicle starting down the production line.

When I visited the Assembly plant they said it took about 8 days to build a single car (that is IIRC ).

That pretty much confirms that the piece I want is still stuck in the front x'member.
I guess I should break down and order one!!

My car was ordered on 1/31/1993 the production date and time stamp which is in the loaction which you seem to be missing is 2/16/1993, 5:52:14. Delivery was 3/17/1993.

Based on a little more research it seems my build date IS on the build sheet.
It is the top row of boxes(box #6)and it reads DATE: 92/225
TIME: 06:57
Apparently this stands for the 225th day of 1992 which works out to
Aug 13th of 1992.(Finish BUILD DATE)?:confused

This correlates nicely with the door jam partial date of 09/92.
(I think this is a FINAL INSPECTION or possibly a SHIPPED DATE from the factory yard).
Any further info is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yours is totally different from mine/ formatting/ everything :W
Don't think I've seen one like the one you posted.Maybe an in-house assembly plant order ??????

On my 1990 ZR-1 (#566) build sheet there are two date references:
SCHED. NO. DATE 0105917

DATE: 89/297
TIME: 12:37

The second number sequence would be 89 for 1989 and 297 for the 297th day of the year which would be 10/24/89...yet on the lower inside hood is a grease pencil marking 10 27 89A (which according to NCRS types is the build completion date). Assume build sheet was issued (thus start of production) on 10/24/89 and car finished production 10/27/89.

The ZR-1 was recorded into dealer stock on 11/20/89 (that date and dealer stock number also in grease pencil on the upper underside of hood) and sold 11/21/89 (have the original bill of sale)... so it took about 25 days to leave BG and arrive to the St. Petersburg FLA dealership (Maher Chevrolet)

I have no clue..... I have the RE-print from NCM, and there is alot of information missing I don't have a date or time of production

There is no build sheet on the gas tank, I looked

I believe your build sheet was printed on 12/16/1982. My late 84 has 3-30. The copy of the dealer invoice I ordered show it shipped on 4/3 so it lines up. My fed door sticker is 4/84 as well. What's your door sticker say? I bet 1/83. #521 is obviosly very early. Not sure how many pilots they made but I would imagine it was more than a normal model year. You should order the dealer invoice that will narrow down the ship date.
