Question: BUILD SHEET PRODUCTION DATE

I believe your build sheet was printed on 12/16/1982. My late 84 has 3-30. The copy of the dealer invoice I ordered show it shipped on 4/3 so it lines up. My fed door sticker is 4/84 as well. What's your door sticker say? I bet 1/83. #521 is obviosly very early. Not sure how many pilots they made but I would imagine it was more than a normal model year. You should order the dealer invoice that will narrow down the ship date.

According to the NCM almost fifty pilots cars were made in 1983 for the 1984 model year which in fact are 1983s, only number 4 survives today all others were destroyed by GM.
