C1 Tach lens

On a 61 looking at the tach face should the lens be concave or convex. Right now it is convex and I think this is correct but would like someone to verify for me. Thanks

Lessee if I remember... all the gauge lenses from 59-up are concave. Now I'm double-thinking myself about the tach but I'm gonna say concave.

My 57 (and my 1st Corvette, a 58) have convex lenses which create a reflection problem especially during the day with the top down. I believe that's why the lenses were changed.

The 1960 tach I have is concave. IF that helps. oWEN

Sorry I took so long to post. Being at Carlisle and then away for some of the weekend, your post sort of slipped towards the bottom and got lost. I just thought of it today. Also, I did look at a few 61's at Carlisle and they were all concave too.
