There was a post regarding how lean the factory was making the C3s in the early to mid 70s to meet emissions. Some people chimmed in about changing jet size and blocking off the manifold riser. I have a 76 L-82 4 speed, and would blocking off the manifold riser and rejeting the carb do me any good? If so, What size Jets? Thanks in advance!

your 76 has a Q jet and a cat convertor so changing anything with the induction system could kill the convertor

Thanks Motorman....anything I can do to the stock motor to get a little extra out of her? I appreciate the help!
