C4 wheels on later C3?

I've got an 86 that I'm selling the stock 16x8.5" wheels from. A local person wants to know if they'll fit his '76, which has 15" stock (G70? dunno what size that is). Anyone know what the offset and bolt spacing is for a stock 76 or 77? Better yet, has anyone fit early C4 wheels to their C3?

He'll have to invest in a set of wheel adapters from VetteBrakes & Products, but yes, he can use C4 wheels on his C3.

Ok, so I went to VB&P's web site and found about 50 different-sized wheel adaptors. Any idea which size is needed?

Probably about 2" front and 2.25" rear, but I don't specifically know what size they call for. I'm sure they could help if you call them.
