C8 Order Numbers and Status Updates

I can't. I don't have access to orders outside the U.S.

I got a message from GM customer care today. You seem to know what is going on with things. Do you know what this means and how long the delay might be and does that mean there was a problem with my car ?
Your vehicle is now going through routine testing and quality checks.

I don't know what it means without knowing the status code.
 
There isn’t a code that is the problem. In Global Connect it just shows Event code 3800 which is what it has been at for 2 weeks.
I can shed any more light then, other than what they've told you.
