I'm looking to upgrade my cam and keep the stock ecm. I have been looking for and can't find the stock cam spces. Like dur @.050, lift, and LSA.

Also any recommendations for a cam kit ?

is all you are looking to do is a cam?

I don't have the specs, but you will need to work on the intake and exhaust paths to make full use of a new cam

I have the off road eX. with 2.5" raven mufflers, i'll port the throttle body and install an air foil, and remove the screens and port the MAF. Also install a cold air induction. I'm relocating the MAT sensor to the air box, and have installed a 160 stat.

I'm planning to remove the AIR system also and plug the headers where the tubes come off.

I'm new to TPI so i only know what i've read so far. I plan to play and test this summer with the TPI and see where i can get it to. I do think a slightly larger cam would help and was wondering what the stock dimensions are.

Unfortunatly it looks like alot more HP can be made with a dual plane int and carb, at approx. 1/3 the cost. Anyone ever do this ?

I don't drive the car everyday and i'm thinking vac 750 with elec choke ? This will be a next year decision.

thanks

Stock cam is
Duration @ 0.050 202/206
Lift with 1.5 R 403/415
Lobe Seperation 114.5

If you are looking to keep the TPI intake setup, id try something like the Accel 211 or TPiS ZZ9, though these are rollers, you can convert over or find one with similar specs. Both LPE/Accel and TPiS will have something.
