Code 26? I need help (1993 LT1)

I asked this question before and did tests to my car like I was told.

I tested my airpump, fuel vapor purge solenoid and the egr solenoid. My egr valve works. I even checked my air valve that is under my ASR motor. All are checking fine when I test them for ohms. They even click when I pull the codes.

The problem is when I drive the car on the freeway and as soon as get off the freeway and coast to stop the check engine light comes on and stays on. If I drive the car around the streets for a while and shut it off, and restart it after 5 minutes or so. The light turns on and stays on. What is wrong? The dealer won't touch my car since it has an aftermarket chip. Thanks in advance.

have you tried swapping the stock chip back in the car and seeing if it still does this ?
There could be a problem with your aftermarket chip.

I lost my stock chip. This problem popped up after it had been sitting for two weeks.
