Just a heads up. I was able to get insurance from Hagerty and they considered my 96CE as exotic. ?

Anyway car insured for $30K for $600 per year. I was paying double that thru Allstate at book value.

Hope this helps someone

Larry;)

Funny Full coverage on my 96 CE LT1 with Allstate is only $500 a year.

NY and AZ two different rates. 7 million people live on Long Island...lotsa cars and lotsa accidents, car thefts ect....
BTW your book value of your ride? Thats what allstate will pay you for complete loss. I'll get $20K over book

Are there limitations on how you can drive it?

When I called Hagerty about getting my 92 vert insured they told me that I had to keep the milage under 5K (no problem) but they also said that I could only use the car for pleasure drives and going to and from shows. I asked about my weekly (Friday) drives to my office and they told me that was not allowed under their plan.

Did you get a different story or do you not use to go to work every so often?

sounds right! No I work from home and my HQ is in GA...I'm in NY.
