Looking to replace the rag top on my 02. Any brand to stay away from. Does the head liner have to be replaced also. Can the back window and defrost be used again. I understand the have to be profressional fitted. Would appreciate any advice.;help

Steve,

As you can see from 6-Shooter's info, it can get expensive. I know that Jane Ann paid about $1,800. A good friend up here where I live just had his 2000 vert done. The cost was $1,778.

Steve,

The link Dwayne provided is to the thread I posted when my window let go. Unless things have changed in the past 6 or 8 months, Robbins is the top my guy recommended.

Final bill was a shade over $1600.

Good luck!
:w Jane Ann

My 00 top was looking real dull and dirty. I took it through the car wash. Yes, it leaked at the side window moldings. Yes, I knew better, but the top cleaned up and looks almost new. Just an idea, it is not ripped or really looking ratty.

Thanks for all the advice, my local corvette shop here quoted me approx
$1200, installed, using the same headliner. They told me they had good luck with midamerica tops, and theyve never steered me wrong in the past.
