Coolant Draining out of Lower Reservoir

This is on a '96. When I fill the lower reservoir to the proper Cold level and park it on a slight incline nose down after the engine has been hot, it leaks about 1/2 to a full gallon of coolant out of the reservoir. It fills it up and then overflows after the engine is turned off.

Anyone else have this problem? I always have level in the upper reservoir when I check, but I can only keep coolant in the lower if I park level or nose up all the time.

I'm just guessing about this as I have no clue. Bad radiator cap?
