Coolant Temp

What is the coolant temp operating range for an 03 Z06? I have searched everywhere and can not find it. Normal cruise on the freeway I am indicating 190 to 194. In town, especially stopped at a stop lite, it will get up to 225 to 230. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.
