Corvettes have started rolling into town already, and by Friday about 5,100 will have arrived for the 15th anniversary of the National Corvette Museum.
About 4,100 Corvettes have been registered for the four-day event and another 1,000 are expected to do so on-site.
“Some of those people in the caravan may be going on to Nashville for the weekend, or after driving all week they may have to turn around and head back home for work,” said Katie Frassinelli, marketing director for the museum.
Those who already live in southcentral Kentucky but wish to have their own caravan experience can do so tonight, Frassinelli said.
