Couple Changes to the C3 Forums

Please note that the C3 forums and their threads have shifted a little. All modification and technically related C3 threads have been moved into the new C3 Technical and Performance forum.

The C3 General Discussion forum should be for topics that are related to C3s, but not necessarily technical nature. The C3 General Discussion forum is the perfect place for owners to introduce and get to know one another.
