Wow! :eek

One of the last 2008 Callaway Corvettes: this just-built Crystal Red Metallic Convertible demo. 580 supercharged horsepower, with drop-top, two-tone interior, 15-spoke GM wheels and manual transmission. On its way to Cauley Chevrolet, West Bloomfield, Michigan. http://www.cauley.net/chevrolet/

only thing that I noticed unique on this car is the CALLAWAY Decal on the front window pillar.

and ofcourse them wheels,

but I do not like them personally I like the Dymags best.

Yes, it is the CALLAWAY decal on the winshield near the A-pillar :upthumbs

The wheels are not unique - they are not Callaway either. They are Genuine GM Accy's wheel for the Corvette.

I prefer the 7 spoke wheels on that new guy's Callaway Corvette. Those look the best (besides the Dymags). :thumb

I'm kinda partial to the color and the horses.

So KC, Chicago, West Bloomfiled... you really put some miles on! I once lived in West Bloomfield, Birmingham, Southfield, Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Utica. Great time of year for those cool northern summers.

Where are the cross streets of that dealership?

Cauley is on Orchard Lake, near 14 mi.

My family was from DET. Last left the Vil. of Bev. Hills, not far from Cauley :cool

Now that's a coincidence, my last address was in Bevery Hills too, near 14 and Lasher, within walking distance to Berkshire and bicycling to Strohs Ice Cream on 15 mi. ;)

Really??? Talk about a small world!!!!

But in all my time there (mostly summers), I never made it to see the Woodward Cruise :eyerole

...my next trip to Detroit, is to the Tech Center show in August (9) :w

Search for some pictures online. I have a co-worker in Detroit and he is always talking about the Woodward Cruise and I have seen some pictures before. You would enjoy it.

Too bad we missed each other in KC this past week.

I never missed crusing Woodward, a weekly event when working at the Standard station on 13 and Woodward.

You must be talking about the yearly Dream Cruise. My younger brother invited me up to see it this year. Says it's quite an event.

My father worked at the Tech Center right after it opened.
