Cranks but no spark

I hope I can get help here I have tries about everything I can think of. My 86 cranks but has no spark. It is an intermittent problem I can probably go out tomorrow and it will start right up! I get no codes on the computer thus I have changed the computer thinking that was the problem and the car worked fine for awhile then the same problem. Since I have changed the ignition module, the pickup coil, the coil, plugs and wires. Still have intermittient problem, with no codes so I though it was still in the computer. So this time I changed the computer and prom together ( didnt get new prom last time) car started right up, drove it home then to work the next day and when I went to leave work it just cranked and wouldnt start. Put my spark tester on and low and behole no spark again. I am at my wits end and ready to sell this car this has been going on for a year now and costing me a fortune! If its in the ignition or vats wouldnt that not let it crank? Please begging for help here! Thanks!

When it happened to me, after trying everything I could think of, I took it to a mechanic and in my case he told me it was a fusible link. Just a thought.

coils don't go bad to often but you've changed everything else. If you have a theft sys. disable it. As in rip it out the vats it comes with only cuts the starter.
