I had a brother in-law who started with one of those kits ordered from the back of a mag. He built that into a business. He went to car dealerships and bars to repair whatever burns/cuts/rips they had. The strength of the repairs was more or less like a weld,ie, as strong or stronger than the original. For individuals, he set up in a local gro store parking lot on sunday when they were colsed and people would just line up for their turn getting something repaired. with experience, he could just about match the texture and color of anything.
