Dash lights on '81

All of my dash lights are really dim. Turned all the way up and barely readable. Any ideas?

Light switch going bad, or dirty. Battery low on charge? Eyes going bad? Sun too bright in OK?

Mine too. Dusk and dawn very hard to see the gages, but when its totaly dark seems ok. I,ve read alot of posts about this problem and seems the lights are just not that good.
