Has the tech tip area of this forum been abandon? Who is reponsible for getting the infomation out to other member on this forum?

The reason I ask, I wrote a tech tip on how to replace seat track 3 months ago. I think this guy could be helped with this information, but it hasn't been posted. Who is managing the store?
