Door VIN Sticker

Hi all

When I purchased my 71 the door vin sticker had been removed. This sticker lists the build date along with the vin and GM's compliance statement. I attached an example to look at.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement or reproduction?

NPD (National Parts Depot, 800-235-3445) has them - part #C-DC1318; sticker and clear overlay - you type your own numbers and date.

I just took a look and did not see any on ebay at this time. They ususaly pop up when I do a search for "1973 Corvette". Just none there right now.

I bought 4 or 5 last year off ebay and I think it was "thepartsplace" that had them.They mainly deal in a bodys but those decals are universal.

An update...

I was able to get the door vin sticker through Jim Osborne Reproductions (http://osborn-reproduction.com/). The cost is $10 per label which comes with the clear tape to place it on the door.

Part number is DC1318. You can also order by phone, 770.962.7556

I dont know why I didnt think of them before.They are the main manufacturer of repro labels for alot of underhood decals.Thanks for the update.
