Drained C6 Battery recharge?

I totally agree with you Mr. Cool. The members here at CAC are smarter than that and I fully agree that it is not driver related. Has anyone had this same problem with automatic cars?? From what I hear they are all 6spd cars. I have also not heard of any 06 cars with this same problem. My guess is whatever they changed from 05 to 06 fixed the problem. Has the car been changed so that it does not have to be left in reverse?? Chevy is covering up the truth...of course my buddy is just a company man and won't admit it.

Gel Battery

Anyone have an opinion beyond one cited earlier that a gel battery would make a better replacement due to its extra-large capacity? I also think I heard it retains a charge even after a long period unstarted?
