Looks like one of the boxes that fools the TPS into thinking your foot is planted all the time and causes the engine to run rich.

These prefabbed performance enhacing modules/chips/ect are total junk.

Most of the time, they just add timing, and add fuel, which may or may not help YOUR engine.

The only way to get more power out of your engine the electronic route is to dyno tune. Get a shop who has the LT1 edit program (assuming you have an LT1) and get them to play with the timing, fuel, ect while the car is on a dyno. Then you will have max performance. They charge by the hour normally, and will vary by how many sensors you want them to hook up. Here is a company in Virginia that lays it all out for you, a good reference. For an LT1, I'd imagine it'd cost you roughly 150/hour.
