1985 Vette-engine missing, worse between 900-1400 RPM , under load. Have replaced, distributor cap, rotor, sparkplugs, sparkplug wires, have used some fuel ejector cleaner(after market type) in the gas tank. My though is leading towards the fuel ejectors, possibly one is not functioning properly, or lacking the proper voltage, such as faulty wires, etc. Question, without scoping, is there any other way to diagnosis the problem if it is a ejector and handyman fix. I was advised by c4c5specialist to use two bottles of Chevron Techron in one tank full every 6000 miles. I did this and the car doesn't run any worse, perhaps better, but if you have an injector problem it is worth the 10 bucks to try.

Have you checked your fuel pressure? I am not certain what it is supposed to be but if I were you I would definetly check that before going deeper into it.
