Exhaust

I purchased my new 2000 vert about a month ago it has a aftermarket exhaust cat back how can i tell which system it is. cannot find a name any where.it sounds like a can of marbles at idle and a harley on decell backfires and pops aggresssivly.anyone have any ideas?

If you could post a picture it might help us. If it pops on decell it must not have a X-Pipe.
