The photo in the above post shows the proper connection at the center carb; air velocity-induced venturi vacuum, not manifold vacuum; that's the ONLY way they'll work properly.

Thanks guys, thats the way I have it now. Before, when I bought it, the front and rear was connected to a tee coming off the port under the bowl at the carb base.
