Big status update!
After checking the new optispark from auto zone, I found that the yellow wire pin in the connector going to the optispark had been pushed out of the connector. After fixing that an amazing thing happened.
The car started.
It still is throwing H41 after clearing the CCM memory, and while the car is running the SYS will flash on the dash occasionally, but it starts.
The door ajar light is still constantly on, and the lights don't go off on their own.
The alternator pigtail is broken, which might explain no battery charge light with the car off.
But overall, I'm happy that me and my dad could get the thing to start.
