Front Brake Mounting Bracket Bolts

I'm currently replacing the front rotors and pads on my 96 coupe. I've removed the caliper mounting bracket to get the old rotors off and I noticed that the factory manual states that I should discard the old bolts and washers for the mounting bracket and replace with new bolts, washer and bolt adhesive. Has anyone replaced the front rotors and done what has been recommended(discarding bolts) or can I reuse the old bolts and washers, if so what kind of adhesive would I use.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Perfectly ok to reuse those bolts. use blue lockite on the threads and you'll be fine. New bolts will cost you $5.00-10.00/bolt with the adhesive already on them.:)
