Front cornering lights not working

I just upgraded from a Red 89 to a 96 Collectors Edition LT4. I noticed the front cornering lights are not working when I put on the turn signals and the headlights are on. I replaced both bulbs with new 1156 bulbs and still no illumination. Any suggestions of where to start? Everything else appears to be working fine and I don't know if there is a separate fuse for the cornering lights or maybe just a wire that has detached itself.

Thanks! Looks like a little weekend project. All else works, so I'll take your advice and back trace the circuit. In the meantime, when turning, I will stick my probe light out the window.
