Requesting any suggestions on aligning front bumper rear edge with hood front edge. Line between front of hood and fascia looks good but as it curves down to the sides the gap between hood and fascia opens. Suggestions?

I'm having this same problem, and I see it on other C4s too. I've come to believe that the urethane warps over time, many bumpers even turn wavy because of this warping syndrome.

Warping happens to all of the urethane (or whatever the material is) bumpers on our cars. The cure is to replace it with a fiberglass bumper cap, but then you have to worry about other cars getting too near it. Fiberglass will crack, urethane bumper covers won't.

And whatever you do, don't try to align the hood to match the bumper. It'll never close properly.

ask me how I know....;LOL

And Len I'm afraid if I ask you how you know then I'll have to reveal some of my educational (read as painful) "how I know"s
