Mint condition, looks almost NOS.
It actually broke during the Vette purchase negotiations back in 2005 saving me a bit of money on the purchase price
Removed it, replaced the nylon cable that pushes it up and down and put it in a box.
Original CB radio had been replaced years ago with a high end(then)aftermarket AM/FM/cassette radio. I chose to replace that with a correct factory style cassette radio and a correct NOS AM/FM antenna.
Hung onto this CB antenna thinking I might try to find another CB radio. Not gonna happen! Happy with the cassette, if I ever get it judged I'll take the points hit.

edit...I also have several other NOS AM/FM Corvette antennas for both 78-E79(aluminum housing) and L79-82(plastic slimline).
I'll list those if anyone's interested.
