I hate you all. Our price "dropped" to $3.27 for regular at the cheapie stations, $3.39 at the chains. And we haven't even started the reformulated winter gas price increase yet.

Using the 45mpg Vehicle more

Since I'm still shopping for my Vette I can't comment on "it's" mileage. My main ride is a 2003 Suburban...avges 15 mpg in town:cry ...so I have mostly been riding the 2000 RoadKing that gets about 42-45 MPG (another "wave" machine btw). Don't have to drive all that much as I work from the house...but was over $70 to fill the 'burb two weeks before the hurricane.

I got mine out yesterday and realized that I'm just under 1/2 tank. So now I will resist driving till I can't stand it. I can't justify dropping the $ it will now take to fill her up just to pleasure drive.
