Gear Swap

What if any obstacles do I have in doing a gear swap? I have a guy that does gears reagularly in F-bodys and other straight axle vehicles. He is afraid that the access to the diff might not be easy and the diff might need to be pulled to work on.

The rear axle must be removed on a C4 to change the gears.
