GM models sighted in San Diego

I live in San Diego and have been aware for some time that GM brings out some of the new vehicles / test mules in a transport every so often. I am not sure of the reason why, I just know that they are here and really been interested in it.

What makes today different from all the rest is very EARLY this morning (4:30ish) while walking my dog around the marina I saw several GM models with nose and tail covers being unloaded and moved into a hotel underground parking area. Unfortunately I did not have a camera or I would have taken a few pics.

There were several models some obvious "C5" kind of vehicles all with Mich. plates. there were several inside the truck and several on the street. All of them had radio equipment inside and were very dirty. There were both black and white ones and some had yellow tape markings on the area behind the doors and along the hood.

This was about 5 hours ago now and since then I have spoken to a friend who works at this hotel and confirmed that the GM folks are here for a few days. I will attempt to get some pics but where to post them is the question. I will be glad to post them here if it is allowed. I just don’t want to get the site in any legal issues with GM.

So my question is -

Does anyone know if there are any legal issues about posting items like this...I have seen a number of pics on the site but am just not up to speed on what can and cant be posted.

So Rob ... should I manage to get these this evening - please let me know the best way to "share" these.

Ill do my best -

If the folks that are here follow their pattern I should be able to get VERY close to the cars. From speaking with my friend GM does some kind of different conditions testing out of AZ or New Mexico and comes over here with them as part of it. As it is very hot here this week that migght be why they are showing up. My friend stated that they made room reservations and will be at the hotel for several days. So I guess the only thing I need to do is be there when they are.
