General Motors Co. is shutting down its plant in Delta Township, Mich., for one week starting Monday, Nov. 2, because of a “critical parts shortage,” a GM spokeswoman said today. GM builds the Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia crossovers there. GM is also retooling it to add Chevrolet Traverse production.</I></B> ​
