Thanks for the Word Doc... Wow..it still is involved doing it this way. I guess less work as far as not drilling out the rivets and retaping but ...I see you must be very carefull cutting the insert and measureing correctly.

Which method did you use.?? The drill and Tappy Tap ..or the Sneaky under handed epoxy cut the insert method:D
 
Drill.............epoxy............wouldn't pass judging, but I figure the judges couldn't catch me anyway. ;LOL

I HATE THOSE LITTLE SCREWS :hb...you have to grind/drill off the piened studs, drill them out with a 634/14,000" drill and thread it with a 633/14,000-46.5 tap....ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!;squint:

...i used a drill press, just like the post said....i have NO patience for that job, gimme the torch and epoxy, works fine...

As per the PM to you..... Screw it ... I'll do it after I get back from CF.
See you Thursday....Please make sure my parking spot is swept clean and that the Red Velvet Rug is in the propper posistion so that when parking all 4 wheels are on equal amounts of the Velvet Rug.
