Hey Guys and Gals,
After eight months of removing, replacing, and rebuilding (I pulled my engine and transmission last March), I finally reinstalled it, and then got it started last weekend. After priming the gas line and oil pump, she started right up!
I ran her with open headers -- wow, that was loud!... my wife said the dishes were rattling -- and small crowd gathered down the street to check out the commotion! I had the chamber exhaust installed yesterday, and the alignment is being done next.
This began as a 350/350 hp (stock) engine, but I am not sure how many horses it works out be with the rebuild. Here's some of the stuff that I've done so far....
I'll post some pics when I get her back from the shop!
