Is there an adjustment on the covers or headlight assemblies to flush the covers up with the hood? One side on my '86 is way out.

Thanks

Yes, the little turning thingy by the headlight motor should do the trick. I'll try to snap a pic of it in the morning if no one else has posted a better response.

Oh yeah Edmond? This could be interesting; I want to see how you manage this and keep it that way. There's no adjustment that I can find in my Helms when I was looking for an answer to the other post today about C4 headlamps: headlight noise. :CAC

Their are 4 bolts but you must remove the healight bezzel the tork screws 4 and then you can see the bolts have fun it's a vett.with one eye down.

Thanks, I think I tried to get the bezzel off once before and didn't make it. I'll try again.

Sorry their are 2 tork screws one on each side of the bezzel .
Lights on and yoiu can fit an allen head in the tork if you try.
Or disconect the plug to the head light motor and then rotate the black knob and you can get at them.

It's better to adjust the actual panel than to adjust the rubber stopper thingy. There are screws that you can unscrew, then you can basically eyeball the fit of the panel as you move it around, once it looks good you just tighten up the screws. Open the headlights to make sure you're not hanging up and you're ready to go.

I got the bezzels off today and adjusted the covers. They look so much better. Thanks to all for the information.
