Hello again, Originally my headlights came up as some as you would pull out the switch, the lights came on correctly, but came up immediately. New switch and now a new module, the lights come on but do not rotate into position. What the!!! Any ideas ? I have a new isolation relay, but cannot find it on the vehicle, it was purchased from the dealer for my 88. Thanks

Wow! Thanks, Switch is new, module is new, would like to replace isolation relay , but I cannot find it on the vehicle. The lights operate incorrectly w/old module and don't operate [rotate] at all w/new module. It's got me stumped, since the lights do rotate as soon as you pull the light switch out, even before the parking lights come on the headlights are up, That is not correct. Thanks for your feedback.

c5d, Thanks again for your time. I checked out the circuits per your instructions and all seem to energize correctly. I got the new module via the internet and I think it is faulty. Like I said, old module works , but lites come up too soon. New module installed, nothing happens. As far as the isolation relay goes , I think GM changed to module sys. from isolation relay sys. late in 88 ,since 89's do not show relay. I'm begining to believe that I have no isolation relay on my 88, even though local dealer and auto parts stores show a listing for one. Another Easter egg hunt. I ordered a new module from the local dealer, I'll let you know how I made out. The module I got thru the internet came in an opened package and ordering anything over the net is a gamble to me. Thanks

Just a follow-up. After replacing switch, module and testing the headlites circuits, it turned out to be $4.99 bushings in the acuator on the right side. Figs.
