Headliner replacement

I have a C4-93 2DR, Coupe with a removable top. Recently the headliner began sagging and anoying me because it's now hitting my head. I tried to take it to an auto upoholstery shop, but they did not know who the frame of the liner comes off.

Has anyone else had the problem or had one repaired/replaced that can give me some guidance?

I've had to have mine redone. They don't take it out of the frame if they can help it; they simply roll it off slowly and glue new material in place.
