Over the last two months I've responded to others who had no heat although both heater core hoses were hot. Look at the electric heater temperature valve (Ecklers #51595 $88, don't try to use the cheaper Dorman replacement unit) This motor is located behind the passenger knee bolster and simply rotates the vane in the heater core between the A/C side and the heat core side. My motor had gotten wet and was corroded stuck in place. It did free up but I went ahead and replaced it anyway. When your drop the small motor out with 2 bolts just rotate the shaft that goes into the heater box manually and you should have full heat This is most likely your problem and is no big deal to replace. Good Luck, JohnHi, took my 94 corvette for a cold fall drive, and notice it was throwing very little heat, any suggestions are well appreciated!
