This is #488 of 488 special order 86's with the Medium Brown Metallic paint, Bronze upholstery, and Camel carpeting. The rally stripes were dealer optioned.

It has the aluminum heads, which not many of the original order coupes of this color have.

Truth is, we haven't been able to locate any of this cars brothers and sisters. We have the build sheet, the shipping manifest, and the dealer window sticker. Anyone know the whereabouts of #1 through #487, we're looking to buy one of the verts, which we're told had Bronze rags to match the upholstery.

Welcome to the CAC Jr. Good luck in your search for the vert version of your 86. Someone on this forum may know someone who knew someone that may remember seeing or hearing about a Corvette just like you want.
My luck it would be that after driving all day to look at it, I would get there and find that it was a coupe of a different color and year, just to add to the frustration of the search.
