I too have the same prob, the strange thing is I believe it is suposed to be a 10-15 amp fuse, when I first lookedat the fuse box I noticed there was a 20 amp fuse in this.
So I replaced the 20 with the proper fuse, and went for a cruise, next thing I know my tailights are out and people are honking.
More investigation revealed that the fuse only blew when I floored it.
I ended up putting the 20 amp back in andno more problems.
I would not mind figuring this one out but for now it works just fine.
