Help..New Z06 throws AH/TC codes..

My new '03 Z06 felt like it was activating the TC and AH too easily on the highway at the beginning of a 110 mile road trip. No DIC warnings were displayed, but I could feel the systems "kicking in" over bumps. On the return trip the "Service Vehicle Soon" light came on and the TC/AH lights were lit up. After leaving the highway I turned the car off and re-started. The warning lights went out and the car seemed to run fine. I then tested the car by accelerating hard over bumps on an incline and it kicked in the AH/TC as it should.

When I got home I checked for codes and codes set were TCS, C1248H and C1254H. Also, V1040H and IPC 1040H. All are history codes, however I can't find any documents referencing these code #'s.
