HELP! The interior resonance is killing me

I dunno, what do ya think I am - a sound engineer? :L

I know that the balance pipe, whether it's an "X" pipe or an "H" pipe will improve breathing. Resonance I'm not sure of, although Walker has been marketing an "H" pipe for the rear "Y" pipes on C4s for quite a while now. ;)

I went down to Home Depot and got some duct insulation after reading about someone else on this forum who used it. It is about 1/8" thick, is gray foam stuff on one side with foil on the other, and comes in a 12" by 25' roll for about $12 bucks, and is self adhesive. I put it under the carpet, in the speaker dampening spaces (right above the mufflers), and on the outside. I found that the rear floor deck is completely unsupported underneath, so I cut up some of that 1/2 foam floor matting (also at Home Depot for something like $7 for four squares). I pressed it in between the floor panel and the cross brace holding up the spare tire. This dampened the panel and stopped the drumming so well that I put more of the stuff in between the gas tank and the rear wall panel. Works very effectively there.
