Hesitation

1994 Six Speed LT1.
Mods:Ram Air, Shorty headers, custom exhaust.

I've just gotten the plugs and wires replaced. It runs so much better, but when I really get on it, there is a skip or hesitation at about the 4-5000 rpm mark. Would anyone recommend the next step in my tuning up stairway? I was thinking getting the injectors cleaned, as I have seen that mentioned before.

Before you do that, I would run some Chevron Techron additive. C4C5specialist, really recommends it. I would try two bottles to a full tank of fuel.
