I'm Don and I am from Chicago. I recently bought my first Vette. She is a 1990 Coupe, black on black. I've always wanted a Vette. It "is" the true American Classic." Although when I was younger, I was(and still am) a gearhead and enjoy working on most Muscle cars. I grew up with performance Mopars and Chevys(please NO Fords.) I am tickled to have started to achieve a life-long ambition. The Vette needs a bit of TLC but for the most part is a solid piece with a lot of potential.
Upon first finding this forum I learned a few things, especially the proper way to jack up my C4. Interesting, but I had kind of guessed it would be side to side rather than front and back due to the low ground clearance.
